Refund policy
At Green Lane Co, we want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll need clear photos of the product, all packaging (including outer packaging and inserts), and the fault/damage in order to raise a claim with the delivery company
- Once we’ve received the photos and confirmed the issue, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
Change of Mind
- As all of our phone cases are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/model, or no longer want the product. Please check your phone model carefully before ordering.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days once approved.
- We’ll confirm by email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available on faulty or damaged items once photos have been received.
- In some cases, we may ask you to send the product back for an exchange – this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If the product you’d like to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
